Growth moment in the company

Pros

Fantastic human and caring team. It feels like family. There is a positive trend in the company, growing, hiring new employees, and interesting business initiatives happening. Open for feedback culture. Doing efforts to stay close to the employees and improve retention and satisfaction.

Cons

10 years in the market, many things to improve in different areas, not necessarily a bad thing, challenges are embraced in a positive way. Perhaps not your place if you like very structured work schemes, things move fast and agile here.

Pros

- Amazing colleagues - International environment - Work-life balance

Cons

- Growth strategy: hiring more and more people without growing the business (then firing people again) - Chaos in structure - Small company that tries to act like a multinational (CEO, CFO, Head of, Director of... for 30 employees) - People come and leave quickly - No stability - A constant change in strategic direction is code for a lack of vision
