- Intelligent, friendly co-workers - Great location - Outstanding benefits - Mission is a good motivator

Cons

- Things are moving faster than the organization can really keep up with (i.e. not enough office space, managers too busy to do actual work or meet with employees) - Leadership disjointed, ineffective, and likely to hamper further advancement - HR/"People Development" unable to get to resolve issues between colleagues/bosses - Office environment increasingly intense as employees anticipate big changes on the horizon - Some assertive personalities are running the show while everyone else is pushed to the side

- Organization keeps on growing - Some are inspiring - Management tries to make the work environment less stressful and fun

Cons

- Staff here don't have clear roles. Some assertive people will always be the voice and the others are just being pushed around even if those very assertive (and outspoken) people really don't know much. - I heard lot's of issues here about authorships so researchers beware! - You don't get to be promoted here because of what you know, but on who you know and who likes you

Cons

Frequent transitions in leadership and the constant restructuring of teams and management has created a toxic work environment. No distinct career paths. MD-centric.Unfair and biased treatment of employees. Mission and values are only words on a page at this organization.
