Pros

Only the name of the company is reputable.

Cons

Work process is really backwards. They have freelancer do the work and nobody reviews their files. They publish content which lacks conceptual accuracy and grasp of basic english. They will pay as less as they can. Will not be working here again. They will make you work on prinout pdfs and waste endless papers which is highly unsustainable for the environment. In the times when people are working on computer for writing witj ease, they still can't accept anything if you write it in word document. They apparently can't "read".

Pros

There are no benefits to joining, so be cautious.

Cons

The workplace has room for improvement in terms of professionalism. The owners seem to disregard the authority of the administrative lady, which is concerning. Additionally, there appears to be a lack of work ethics among the employees. Worst place: owners dance over the finger of Admin lady No work ethics

Cons

Arihant Publications has one of the most toxic work environments I have ever seen. Seniors openly scold even team leaders in front of everyone, which creates a school-like atmosphere instead of a professional workplace. The management is extremely strict and controlling - even basic things like using your phone or attending personal calls are not allowed. New employees receive no proper support or training; instead, they are overloaded with work from the very first day. If any small error happens, rather than guiding or motivating, the management only demoralizes. There is no culture of appreciation or recognition for good work — the focus is only on pointing out mistakes. Overall, the work culture is outdated, fear-driven, and highly demotivating. It lacks professionalism, positivity, and growth opportunities, making i very difficult for employees to sustain in the long run.
