      CEO has a bit of an ego - self centered and insecure. Definitely a cult of personality - drink the Kool Aid or you're on the out.

      Pros

      Enjoyed working with a number of very bright people while supporting an interesting government customer base - feel good about supporting the mission.

      Cons

      The biggest negative was working with extremely controlling senior management. The company is dominated by the presence of the CEO engaging into all aspects of day-to-day management to the detriment of the employees.
