      Why even bother unless you're desperate.

      sick and PTO days to not work here for another minute.

      This is the type of job where " you need a paycheck for any wage, put up with 3rd world language barriers and think they are talking crap behind your back but they really are, take on bull crap and get blamed for something you didn't do, contradiction decisions and very poor management, lack of encouragement and no recognition of achievements, pointing fingers before an explanation, double standard CEO" kind of place. And quote from an earlier review, "I would not want this on my worst enemy..." Not even on Justin Beiber....well maybe. I'd use curse words but glassdoor wont let me. That is how despicable this place is.

      If you desperately need a job Health coverage

      Cons

      Subpar pay Management has no direction Must be focused 100% on working, shunned for taking breaks Questionable internal practices Demands XYZ to be done but will not provide resources to get it done Micromanagement to the extreme HR is management, so complete failure

      Treat sales people horrible and don't want to pay expenses in a timely manner. I'm sure there are financial issues.
