      Great people but Constant Internal Upheaval

      The people are the best part of this company and the reason I endured for so long.

      Cons

      There is constant upheaval internally. I had 5 VPs in the span of 4 years. Endured multiple reorgs with a carrot of a promotion held in front of me to be told, "just wait another year." The poor managers are constantly trying to hire people, but HR will pause the job req last second almost every time.

      Okay salary for operating positions but not as much as competitors,

      Cons

      Not clear onboarding, Management care only about results, When someone wants a change or to leave they offer nothing. Competitors pay almost double
