Pros

Free weekly lunch Free quarterly breakfast

Cons

Management does not care about employees. A lot of gossiping especially considering the size of the firm. Management is unprofessional and gets involved in gossip. Human Resources is new to the firm but is a complete joke.

Pros

Was able to start my career off.

Cons

Extremely poor and toxic work culture. People will talk about you next door and in front of you by humiliating you. Women are spoken and not always treated the same. A few instances where a male colleague would literally laugh in your face. There is no management and no consequences for any behavior that is out of line. Has so much potential if they realize what and who the root of their issues are. So many good people left the company because of a common cause.

Lots of pettiness

Pros

The pay is adequate but little else other than a free meal per week.

Cons

Do you want to get ahead at this firm? It's very simple: cozy up to the right people. It doesn't matter how grossly incompetent you are; in fact, the more inept, the better. As long as you are a sycophant of those in high places, you'll be just fine, regardless of your actual talents or work ethic. Just one look at recently promoted people will attest to this. You can do better!
