Difficult to say really. Would think we need more training opportunities for less trained new hires.
Late paychecks reasons given: Dog was sick, Transfer not working, The banks are closed all emails are sent at 5pm. They don't have money to pay you they are waiting on deposits. No advancement option, only time you hear of a position is when they announce it has been filled. Management seems unbothered about paying late.
