      Restructure ruined company culture

      Pros

      Colleagues in UK and Italy were great.

      Cons

      Management made poor decisions, micromanaged employees and created a hostile work environment with no morale (e.g. cancelling Christmas parties and annual company meetings). Unpaid overtime was expected and employees were burning out from excessive workloads.
