      M-F with no holidays or weekends

      Cons

      The lab community is very small, but I’d sooner go back to retail than work for the lab manager ever again. She plays favorites and the company seems to be in favor of nepotism, so if you mention wrongdoing by the nepo babies, beware.

      Non collegial environment, poor mentorship, horrendous bonus structure, high turn over, lack in support staff, have to room your own patients at times, health benefits are terrible, pay is way below Tucson average,
