      -CEO Jeremy is running the company into the ground -Erratic decision making -Steal from employees via their paycheck -Hire unsafe people to work on job sites -Very religious based and very MAGA - Will terminate people with zero explanation unless you’re related to the office staff or foreman’s -not a safe job for the LGBTQ+, non whites or non religious

      -opportunities to learn -you'll have a chance to give feedback (granted the owner doesn't listen or show empathy....ever) -some great people work here

      Cons

      -hostile work environment (this is a place where the owner is known to shout, be abrasive, and particularly un-rational) -slobs in the company will make sure nothing ever gets accomplished by "taking ownership" and doing absolutely nothing when it comes time to deliver
