Pros

Very approachable executives (CMO & COO) - I feel they care about their employees and listen. Fast growing company. Fun company events (volunteer events, luncheons, fundraisers, quarterly all employee meetings, etc.) Good Vacation/PTO plan and you can roll over year to year.

Cons

Only constant is change - this is typical of any start up company but it can be frustrating at times. Benefits can't compete with the large health plans but they do offer everything. Medical & dental for the employee only is covered at 100%.

Pros

Typical day job, nothing special. Vacation is fine, however jobs that should be salary are hourly. They have company picnics, food monthly.

Cons

Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They don't think about the outcomes and the issues they create for their physicians, they choose to make poor decisions that do not help their Providers. Then the internal departments do not support the decision or new procedures they have put into place. Basically the place is a mess.
