      -It’s very nice to have the ability to work remotely in education. -In years past, I truly enjoyed my job.

      -Administration has gone through a lot of changes. -Department expectations constantly changing. -Student achievement responsibility placed on staff, with little responsibility placed on students.

      The students who engage are fantastic. The coworkers make the job bareable

      Cons

      Very difficult to engage students. No accountability for students. WAY more administrative work than actual teaching (I only teach live 1 hour total a week).
