Pros
Ark is an amazing place to work - a great balance of challenging, fast-paced startup and a culture that's really caring and kind. I've worked at a number of early stage companies and this one by far is the most put together. Leadership is down to earth and supportive, while giving the team tons of responsibility and a path to propel their career forward. Colleagues are smart, on-top-of-it, and collaborative. The company is doing really well based on smart decision-making and the empowerment of the full team. Love the mission and helping people around the country discover their love of veggies and plant-based foods!
Cons
If you're looking for a later stage company with established processes and departments, this isn't the place for you. However, if you thrive on joining a company early and building things, this is a great place for you.

Great company culture for people who want to work at a startup
Cons
There's a lot of responsibilities to be had, so if you're not a self-starter this would not be the company to be a part of.
