      Pros

      The pay was decent, and coworkers were friendly enough.

      Cons

      Management held expectations that could not be met, they couldn’t keep employees long, and there are never any repercussions toward children/parents who cause major issues in the school or help for the teachers.

      Good coworkers in my experience

      Cons

      Insultingly low pay, bias management, inconsistent, petty, high stress, out of touch with job market and cost of living, general lack of care about their employees, knowingly creates more of the demographic they try to serve. Ridiculously high workload/expectations.
