      They have an fantastic orientation program and are very supportive during this time allotment. Staff cares and supports each other.

      The job duties at times flow into personal time.

      It's a real laid back, easy place to work. friendly staff, great PRN pay and full time benefits. Offers tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      Depending on the census, it may be hard to get your hours. The schedule for full time employees is not flexible.
