Pros
Interaction with/teaching the students is the best part of the job. The rest is pretty lackluster.
Cons
Too many to count. Administration only cares about money and football. Far too many "Administrators" and not enough of those who actually care. Lack of enthusiasm among colleagues, resistance to anything new. Lots of disrespect from those who are supposedly in charge.
