      There are no pros in this compnay the MD is a big child, thinks he's a big shot sales man, which I beg to differ.

      Pros

      - smart people - great knowledge transfer - nice project - cool office (Free coffee, beer, occasional breakfast etc... WeWork Southbank)

      Cons

      - coffee machines at WeWork, don't always work (not really Arkera's fault though) - sometimes hours can be longer (not longer than other startups)
