Pros
Flexible schedule. No micromanagement.
Cons
- No incentives, no 401k, high deductible insurance, no regular performance reviews, no events to build camaraderie between employees, no information on how the company is doing, and no appreciation is shown or given to loyal office personnel. - They give back to the drivers more than their other employees, even though the turnover rate for drivers are much higher. Drivers get bonuses for staying with the company past 2-3 months while office personnel gets nothing. - Upper management makes you feel guilty and that you're not worth it when you ask for a raise after they pointed out your great performance. - No female manager in the company, ever. Hired incompetent older male managers who are slow to think on their feet and are not proactive in managing their department. Some do not even know what their subordinates do.
