From the moment I began my role heading up the final assembly at Arkonik I knew this place was not your average business! All the staff af Arkonik are there because they believe in, love and take pride in their work. The result of everyone's drive is shown by the high quality and attention to detail in the final product that is second to none.
I've worked in the motorsport and automotive industries for 20+ years and never have I found a place where the team is so tight and everyone involved however big or small their role they are actively encouraged to bring new ideas to the table.
It really is a big family and has allowed me opportunity to work and train staff in South Carolina aswell as travel as far afield as Hawaii. An extra cherry on the cake for me so far as job satisfaction.
