Good pay, but lacking support for long-term health issues brought on with all the changes happening.

Pay well, but if someone is unwell and off long term the company has no real sense of loyalty to long term employees, They should be working with senior managers and employees and insurance claim claims officers

Staff seem to be treated much in Denmark than they are in the UK, considering the company states all treated the same in all countries and all sites (the Arla Family), which is a false statement
