Horrible place to work

Pros

There are absolutely no pros to work here.

Cons

I have worked in the insurance industry over 20 years with several companies and this is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. They don’t care about their employees and expect them to work 80 hours/week with no incentives. There is no training, but don’t ask too many questions because you’ll get reprimanded. Do yourself a favor and run away fast.

Pros

Free parking. Free water. Free generic coffee.

Cons

This company’s motto is “do the right thing” (that only pertains to you, not them), “God-family-and work somewhere after that” (only applies to the owners family; they don’t care about yours). A few bonuses and raises are saved for their favorites while the majority watch their portions spent on “growing the business” as the president brags during staff meetings of all the money they make, the great places he gets to travel to and how blessed he and his family are “because of all your hard work.” Several instances of people being bullied by their supervisor and management turns a blind eye. Near like High school clicks in some departments. Inconsistent privileges. Micromanaging at its finest but full on denial and blame if mistakes are made.
