THIS COMPANY DOES NOT PAY SALARY!

Pros

Definitely the team, especially those who don't tell the CEO on other employees for one monthly salary.

The CEO demanded that the team wrote reviews on this site, so I'm here to grant his wish. By the way, all good reviews on this site are written by company employees who were forced to write these reviews. The company has laid off half of the employees, almost all commerce, and half of the development team, "to reduce costs", and the company neither wishes to call it a redundancy, nor to pay any redundancy pay. This decision came out of nowhere, everyone was shocked. After that, on a common meeting the CEO told that there was no crisis in the company and that half of the company was reduced because they (each one personally, I guess (?)) were reliable that there was no product, which is why they were fired. However, this is not even the worst part. The company hasn't paid salaries to people it fired. By the time I write this review (Jan 30th), the company hasn't paid neither December salary (the payment date was beginning of Jan), nor any final payments. But we are used to it: the company has delayed salary payments multiple times, usually the time of delay was 2 weeks. And every time anybody tried to find out when the salary would be paid, they only got annoyance in return with no info on the reasons of delays or the new dates of payments. I do not recommend anybody to join this company.

Absolutely horrendous

None, literally none. It was a nightmare

Cons

Ignore the 5* reviews, all fake. It was just horrendous. The product doesn't work and perhaps doesn't exist. They often don't pay employees or are late. Red tape, totalitarian environment. The business relies on investor funds as it literally barely makes any money (a corner flower stand has a higher turnover in a day than arloid does in a year and that's not a metaphor, it's factual).
