Pros

Genuinely collaborative team. Work-life balance is respected, communication is transparent, and people actually enjoy working together. Wins are recognized, and good ideas get traction no matter who they come from.

Cons

As with any growing company, things move fast and priorities can shift, so you need to be comfortable with some ambiguity. A few processes are still maturing, but the team is actively improving them.

Great company to work for. HR is always actively fighting for the employees and finding benefits/perks that are unique to this company.

Cons

Departments dont really like to talk to each other. One department will make a decision that affects another without taking time to learn about the impact.
