Numerous Cons Really bad managers who react to problems day in day out Wasted time being sent to jobs that no longer exist for months Wasted resources being sent to address that have no been updated for months Vehicles in extremely poor un road worthy condition being put out on the road daily

It just pays the bills.

Cons

Most management have had no other experience outside of working Cash in transit and it shows. Extreme pressure placed on managers to screw over staff any way possible. Little or no investment into technologies, so you get to relive life in the 90's when cash was king
