      Prroducts work well, trianing is ok, but price is high and they promise to pay well

      Cons

      They do not pay as promised and will lagrue if you try to ask and ignore any request, salary is promised but only paid first month, then cut check in half no matter what type of sales you make -gas allowance isnt paid correctly, alot of pressure and pricing on products are expensive-and they refuse to allow a cut and only care about sales nothing more-rude staff complet liars-they hire you and pay correct first 4 weeks and then nothing is good, they will hire new reps in your area under your nose and take your clients

      Pros

      Good base pay. They call it a "tick down". However, they hold first weeks pay, then hold that until 90 days after you either get fired or resign.

      Cons

      I already did a review, but since the response from "HR" was that I did not do a good enough job, I felt the need to reply. You start off with NO account base at all. When a salesperson leaves, all accounts that were opened become house accounts. You are expected to open all new accounts, and better do that in a hurry. Expectations are 2 new accounts per day. You do get to listen to "coach" Andy every morning talk about the "Armchem Way". Well the Armchem way is to use their salespeople, get rid of them and keep the accounts. Great deal for them. Take a look at how many jobs are available there and you will see for yourself.

      In response to this posting, because we are expanding in new territories we sometimes have no book of business to give. Many of the job postings are in new areas we are expanding in. Those developed territories we do offer accounts to our sales people. The company has been successfully in business for over 30 years because of the "Armchem" way of selling. Coach "Andy" has dedicated himself everyday for years on the "Coaches Corner" to reach out to the Sales Team to help Motivate, Praise, and Support the team, and yes to push the "Armchem Way" because simply it works. Its unfortunate that you were not successful in your position and that is because it just was not the right fit.

      Free samples to use around the house Work from home A lot of free time to look for a ligitimate company to work for . All the Good reviews on this company have been made by management .

      Cons

      They offer Salery plus 15 % commssion after 1750 sold for the week What really happens .Armchem will skim 10 % off your 15% .make you at 13.5 % if thay pay 15 at all..This will not be in your contract.. There has been many times they take your commission for no apparent reason . They want outside reps gone in a year ,then give the accounts to a inside scavengers and pay them scraps.

      This person didn't perform. It is a bogus comment and statement. You don't stay in business for over 33 years and have 120 plus employees if you are dishonest. Lack of performance causes these negative comments.
