Pros

Some nice colleagues . Even-though very less support it was a good time with co-workers.

Cons

Very bad top level management , including HR. HR is not at all concerned about employees. Don't know whether he know what is the job of a HR. Low level code. All the products are coded very badly. Academic projects are better than this. Very rude business team . Everybody should agree to their foolishness. Less experienced project managers. Don't have any knowledge how projects is to be handled. THEY CUT PF FROM OUR SALARY AND NOTHING IS CREDITED TO PF A/C. AFTER RESIGNATION IT TAKES YEARS OR MONTHS TO GET IT FROM THEM. 45 "WORKING DAYS NOTICE PERIOD " During this they will treat you like enemies. Put into projects which is almost half done. So that you suffer and put pressure. Guess what Armians don't know what is documentation of project, how to write code. They force you to work on a CRAP, SLOW , 90's type of their own framework called ICARUS.And guess what they feel proud of it . Insane !! Tech support have night shift with insane timings. NO LEAVES / BAD LEAVE POLICY . They give leave when managements feels so. We shud fill LEAVE FORMS and get it signed by CTO and TL. I think even school students doesn't do it these days. WORST HR !!!!!!

Pros

Nothing else but good colleagues

Cons

- Company policies change frequently, seemingly based on the company's mood. - I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company to EXPERIENCED INDIVIDUALS. - The MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST I've ever encountered. The HR department is unreliable, and it's not advisable to trust the department head. - Due to a poorly structured leave policy, the company offers very few leaves. - The work-life balance is poor, and the company displays little concern for its employees. - The management is crafty and often prioritizes saving money from employees rather than investing in the business. - The person in the highest position within the company is exceptionally deceitful. It's best not to trust him, as he's willing to manipulate situations for his own benefit and then act as if nothing happened. - Appraisals are always delayed and not conducted on time. - Additionally, beware of the 90-day NOTICE PERIOD – it can be a deceptive trap. Prior to joining, they'll inform you about a 45-day notice period and even offer you a contract with that notice period. However, upon joining, you'll discover an unexpected 90-day notice period enforced due to their company policy, leaving you with no choice but to comply. The leave policies follow a similar pattern, once you're part of the company, the internal policies are revealed, and the promised leaves from HR prior to joining remain unfulfilled.

Pros

A good place for freshers and those who has less exposure to new technologies.

Cons

No new technologies used. Their own framework which is buggy. Some very buggy products.People who buy are cheated and asks for refund. Bad leave policy and notice period is very high. Around 45 working days, some might take around 60 to 70 odd days if there are leaves or holidays in between, Ruthless management. A indistinctive HR, and i feel pitty to talk about him in open.
