Pros
If you are responsible, dependable and compromise with the dispatchers every now and then, then you can pretty much steer your canoe wherever you want to go ( so to speak).
Cons
It's trucking. My biggest complaint is against the motoring public, followed closely by temporary foreign workers and new Canadians driving other commercial trucks, followed closely by shippers and receivers. You pretty much get treated like crap by everybody, or otherwise have to compensate for their incompetence and inability to pay attention or operate a motor vehicle. Except in this case you likely won't be treated like crap by other Armour people. Armour people are generally excellent people to work with and for the most part, they look out for each other.
