Thank you for your recent review. It is wonderful to hear yet again about the great colleagues, clients and projects which represent everything that Armstrong Craven is about. We were disappointed to read about the leadership. We have made changes over the last 3 years and not only are we bringing expertise up through the business but we have also hired in experience and expertise at all levels. The current Board is balanced between long standing experience of Armstrong Craven and vast experience of other businesses and sectors through both executive and non-executive directors. We have previously received feedback that we have a supportive environment and we are therefore sorry to read that we haven’t said thank you or made you feel valued enough and we take your comments on board.
