You meet great fellow co workers . Not management. Maybe that they give you 2 days off in a row.

Cons

Awful company. Stay away!! Upper management is very vengative. They will transfer you to other properties just because you stand up for yourself. All management is fake. They play favorites. I haven’t even passed my 3 month probation and have been transferred 3 times. Everyone is out to get each other. They are also violating so many labor laws not sending you to lunch before your 5th hour not giving you your breaks.

Community manager was nice and the girl in HR was always helpful.

Honestly, there are too many cons to list, but the biggest in my opinion (and other former employees I have spoken to) is all leasing personnel are suppose to rotate and take prospects equally and according to when they started their shift, however, the leasing director would hog the walk-ins. Not only that, they would change the name of the sales associate who first toured the prospect. Basically, they steal other associates commission. Upon quitting this company, they owed me $800 in commission, and only paid me $300. Very unethical company!!

Arnel is like boot camp ... preps you for what you need to know when you realize you shouldn't be there. Once you get your experience run! I was there for many years and got a lot of experience and because of that, I was able to land my new amazing career.

Cons

Nasty and mean management. Unprofessional upper management. You get screamed at, never get to use your pto even if it's a family emergency, you get moved around like a chess piece instead of a human being and get judged if you don't agree with the ridiculous politics. Arnel is no longer classy and just a boot camp training ground. You are under paid and treated like trash. It was also the most dishonest and stressful company I have ever worked for.
