      Great client list, with a seat at the top table Really smart and talented people in all areas of the business Good pay Part of a network, but run as an independent shop

      Cons

      You are expected to be on call and available 24/7 There is no shared glory - it's about Peter and always will be. It's better to know and accept that going in. Management intentionally creates a competitive environment driven by fear, which means that you never really feel good about your performance or standing there (if you start to, they will knock you down).

      interesting clients with interesting problems, beautiful surroundings, and state of the art equipment to work with. People bond together due to the unreal strain of working in this environment

      Cons

      It's all about one person - peter arnell, and the rest of the company works its tail off to make him look good. the pepsi fiasco has hurt our reputation, and many are resentful. Slave shop.
