      - Great people. - Great culture overall. - Some projects/teams are great.

      - The company doesn't listen to it's employees needs. - Some of the projects have managers that don't know how to manage.

      Pros

      Been working for Arnia software for almost 2 years as a machine learning engineer. Projects are very interesting from a computer vision and deep learning perspective, getting to work to state of the art approaches frequently.

      Cons

      Projects are badly negotiated in terms of deadlines, KPIs and especially resources available from clients. Only way to get raises is to come from offers from a different company. Zero real feedback regarding performance, only given ambiguous comments when asked.
