The holiday allowance is decent

Cons

No job security. I have had my job threatened 4 times in the last 15 months. Management who pick favourites and let the rest rot away. I was terrified to ask to leave half an hour before my shift finished to deal with a personal grievance. People team seem like they're on your side but are only there to protect the managers and don't have the interest of their employees at heart. I am a victim of workplace bullying but I'm scared to go to the people team as I've seen others go to the people team and be forced out as a result.

So far have felt incredibly supported not just by management but also other employees and colleagues. They want you to succeed and there are career prospects and opportunities so I’m very happy to be where I am and to have this opportunity. There’s also a continuous effort for development so you do feel like you have something to aim and look forward rather than a job where things just stagnate.

Cons

Having worked in sales for a long time I don’t exactly see it as a con although if you’re not used to it, the fact that you work weekends and a couple of late days can possibly seem strange but nothing I didn’t expect.
