Pros

There’s free cereal, if that’s what you’re into. There’s also a lot of free beer, which proves to be helpful in times of distress. Some of the people were funny and great to hang with.

Cons

It’s easy to get lost and forgotten in the mix. If you’re over 26 you better prove that you’re “cool.” Also, know that Arnold has a skewed idea of what’s “cool.” Business is dwindling and the agency’s culture has reached a toxic level. The pay was okay but that comes at a price and most weekends are spent working on brands that no human should give that much of their personal time to.

Selling themselves a fantasy

Pros

Many of the people who work here are fun, funny, and smart. The beer vending machine is awesome, who doesn't want that? The space is gorgeous and Lara, the receptionist, is a sweetheart.

Cons

The hours are insane. Account (marketing) teams are weighted down with micromanagers and have no problems talking behind your back and lying to your face. Arnold pretends to be modern, but their digital talent is lacking. The social team doesn't make any sense, it's a shiny piece of revenue.

Pros

Competitive salaries, somewhat organized onboarding session on first day, allows enough freedom to be able to hide when needed, individual offices

Cons

Absolute worst of the worst agency stereotypes, insanely long hours, tyrannical management & creative leadership, subpar talent, underwhelming clients, complete and utter lack of awareness of anything remotely digital
