      Some genuinely great coworkers who support each other and try to make the best of a difficult environment. You can learn a lot quickly because you’re forced to wear multiple hats.

      Cons

      Morale is noticeably low, and turnover is high, which creates even more pressure on the people who stay. Many other reasons!
