      Potential to be good data department but still not quite there

      Pros

      - own projects from start to finish, no micromanaging - freedom to approach workload in way you seem best - company understands importance of data - varied workload

      Cons

      - lot of manual tasks that should already be automated but always deemed long term rather than short term projects. unfortunately this meant they were never top priority. - lot of time talking about work, rather than actually doing it.

      Very good home office culture and a flexible - family friendly company.

      Cons

      Espacially after Corona, the company has no attractive benefits.

      Ready for Change and Improvements

      Pros

      Perfect location, international IT department, smart colleagues and top management which whom it is possible to get everuthing to want/need if you are able to show the necessity of that. The whole company does huge step to be more and more open minded and change for improvements.

      Cons

      Sometimes information is not getting to every corner of every department. Better ideas to make some processes transparent. Celebration of successfull finish should be encouraged more
