I witnessed unprofessional disciplinary action during my time there, scolding publicly, work life balance was poor, very poor diversity, as a woman you would have to walk through the warehouse where all the men are and they would sometimes cat call which was very uncomfortable. Training was terrible but God forbid you make a mistake. People were afraid to speak up. It was not a good environment and I would advise against working there especially as a woman I promise you it’s not worth it
