Good place to work for short span

Pros

On time Salary. Management is good. Projects are big here. Almost no late sittings. Good for learning. Extra Curricular activities.

Cons

Fire employees after every 2, 3 years when project ends. Increments are very low. No Bonuses. CEO is a retired Brigadier who has no knowledge of software industry.

We foster a clean, ethical and competitive space for young people to develop their acumen and skills, we follow rules and manage an ordered workplace where there is gender respect and a friendly atmosphere; and we ensure Work-Life Balance, because we believe that there is more to life than just pursuit of a job…..we do not want to join a race for holding talent by mere salaries.

Friendly people Learning opportunities Office Location

- HR is NOT people friendly - Seems like its run by someone from the military - Work from home policy is NOT encouraged all of a sudden ? - Hybrid wfh is heavily advertised by the company and not being followed - 2 days WFO and 3 days WFH was perfectly fine keeping the current economic conditions but it was reverted without any reason shared to the employees - Even in Ramadan , company does not give relief to the people - Current economic conditions requires that people spend less time on the roads which saves them some money , but company higher-ups are too proud to understand that - No inflation adjustments - No $ adjustments despite earning in $ (at-least pass on something to the people)

Thank you for your comments...Hybrid model is being implemented with varying success in different departments...reason is inefficiencies creeping in which hopefully will be fixed...never lose hope and always look towards change with a positive attitude...much more to happen in the coming days...we always welcome feedback

Good Environment and culture to work for. Air condition cafeteria, decent location

"Salaries Eater & Policies against Employees Maker" Unreliable and Poor quality work No Job Security so difficult to have peace of mind. RAI UMAIR Is playing bigger politics to safe his own self.He fire everyones who wants to work for the benefit of the company. Rai Umair can not give any development to the company itself for the benefit of the growth of Arpatech.He has fired entire marketing department. He play office politics. He loves to drink Whisky and spend time on a International trips only. Zero growth, zero bonuses, zero cash incentives, zero increments, non-technical management, extremely highly employee leave ratio.
