Pros

Array is very forward-thinking, with a strong emphasis on the value of each employee as an integral part of the overall team. The firm is fully invested in the use of new technologies as a means of staying "current" and competitive in the industry, and is continually seeking out ways to streamline productivity while delivering a quality product. There seems to be no limit to new opportunities and responsibilities.

Cons

At times there seems to be a perceived lack of communication between offices, but this may boil down to individual personality traits rather than a company-wide issue.

Pros

Located in the city, great places to go and eat and walk around during your lunch time.

Cons

Very clique firm, your either in with the group or your an outsider. Which made working in a team difficult and taxing.
