Respectful managers overshadowed by toxic colleagues and culture

My managers were really good and respectful. But my colleagues were not.
Cons
The people that I worked with are extremely disrespectful, islamophobes, rude, and liars. The higher you go in this company, you really start to see the racism and the discrimination, and the mothershaming that people say behind their client's backs and right to your face. Or when people from a certain nationality gang up on you and make your projects move slower. It's absolutely insane how people like this handle higher positions at this company, and they think they're untouchable and can get away with anything. I am so glad that I left this company for a better opportunity. I also did not mention the amount of overtime they expect you to work without extra pay and they gaslight you to make you feel that it's your fault for not keeping up. The ironic part about all this is that they have a paper hung in the office talking about employees rights and overtime pay. LOL!
