Small company mentality with little to no room for growth or new ideas. Too many concurrent projects for a single PM to handle so customers got frustrated easily.

You get to manage projects of varying types within the IT industry. The customers, for the most part, are repeat players that usually have had a positive experience. The PM team was tight and very helpful towards each other. Quick turnaround on projects means you don't get bored with one long unending project.
Cons
This is a sales team first company. Ownership is not truly invested in PM. There is basically no room to advance within the project team. Project scoping is super weak and is the main cause of problems on projects. Sales folks tend to meddle in the project.
