Pros

"Fast-Paced Environment":Arringo. prides itself on being a fast-paced work environment. While this may sound appealing to some, it's actually a thinly veiled excuse for the constant chaos and pressure that employees are subjected to. The company uses this buzzword to justify their unreasonable expectations and lack of organizational structure. "Opportunities for Growth": Arringo. claims to provide opportunities for growth and advancement. However, what they conveniently omit is that these opportunities often come at the expense of sacrificing your personal life and well-being. You may climb the ladder within the company, but it's a steep and treacherous ascent that leaves little room for work-life balance. "Dynamic Team": The company boasts a dynamic team that is always on the move. While collaboration can be beneficial, in Arringo., it often translates to constant disruptions, shifting priorities, and an overall lack of stability. The incessant changes and disorganization make it difficult to establish a sense of teamwork and coherence. "Commitment to Excellence": Arringo. claims to have a commitment to excellence. However, this commitment is primarily focused on driving employees to their breaking point. The pursuit of perfection becomes a relentless demand for unrealistic targets and sacrifices, resulting in an atmosphere of stress and anxiety. "Competitive Salaries": On the surface, Arringo. offers competitive salaries. However, once you consider the outrageous amount of overtime they expect from employees, these salaries quickly lose their allure. The compensation fails to adequately reward the amount of work and dedication demanded, making it a deceptive tactic to attract unsuspecting candidates. "Results-Oriented Culture": The company prides itself on having a results-oriented culture. While this may seem desirable, it often translates to a toxic and cutthroat environment where employees are pitted against each other. The constant pressure to meet targets fosters an atmosphere of unhealthy competition, undermining teamwork and collaboration. Remember, these so-called "pros" are presented from a critical perspective to shed light on the negative aspects of the company. It's important to carefully evaluate any potential employer and consider how their claimed benefits may have hidden drawbacks.

Cons

If you value your sanity, career, and personal life, steer clear of Arringo. It is an absolute circus of deception, exploitation, and misery. The management's dishonesty is only matched by their insatiable appetite for overworking and underappreciating their employees. From the moment I stepped foot into Arringo., I was greeted with a façade of promises and opportunities. Little did I know, it was all an elaborate ruse to trap unsuspecting victims into a never-ending cycle of overtime and burnout. The company's deceitful tactics and lack of transparency are beyond reprehensible. First and foremost, Arringo. has mastered the art of lying to its employees. During the interview process, they sugarcoated the job description, making it seem like a fulfilling and rewarding experience. However, the reality is far from it. Once you're hired, they drop the pretense and reveal their true colors. Expect to work long hours without any regard for your personal life or well-being. They have zero respect for work-life balance and will shamelessly demand overtime as if it's a mandatory requirement. If you have any commitments outside of work, forget about them because Arringo. will consume every waking moment of your life. But that's not the worst part. The company has a callous habit of abruptly terminating employees who dare to question or refuse to work overtime. It's as if they take pleasure in exploiting and then disposing of their workforce like disposable objects. Loyalty means nothing to them; you're just a replaceable cog in their profit-driven machine. Furthermore, the toxic work environment at Arringo. is suffocating. The constant pressure to meet unrealistic deadlines and achieve unattainable targets takes a toll on your mental and physical well-being. The lack of support from management is disheartening, and their disregard for employee welfare is disgraceful. To make matters worse, the compensation is far from competitive, considering the excessive workload they expect you to bear. The meager salary barely compensates for the soul-sucking experience that Arringo. offers. Don't be fooled by their hollow promises of career growth or advancement opportunities either; they are nothing but empty words. In conclusion, Arringo. is a deceptive and heartless organization that preys on its employees' dreams and aspirations. If you value your happiness, mental health, and personal life, run in the opposite direction. Save yourself the anguish and misery of working for a company that thrives on lies, exploitation, and overworking their employees. You deserve better.

Pros

Friendly staff and shift leaders. Stepping stone into Fintech, most dont stay long!

Cons

0 communication. Childish top managment. People who get promoted based on who they are friends with. Massive turnover. Most 5 star reviews on here are fake and coordinated by the HR. 0 progression and left in the dark about where the company is heading. Wrong pay/payslips all the time. Hr is way below par! The worst place I have ever worked at, bar none. Would not recommend to my worst enemy! Can not speak up! Horrible rotas.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Management think that they are so clever, whereas in fact they need education. They do not have a clue about man management, and they treat employees very very badly. They will fire you for no reason, even if you have completed your probationary period. They sound very good the interview is very good, job training is bad, and as soon as you finish your training things take a change for the worst.
