      Good salary. Not much micro manage.

      Cons

      No vision. Seems managers just want to make a quick money with crazy ideas. No real technical people in the company. Don't value modeling and analysis much

      High energy. Freedom to be creative. Open communication from top down. Will change the future of transportation. Employee benefits are awesome. Food, snacks and drinks provided. Fun employee meetings/gatherings.

      Cons

      In a small start up, you’re expected to work hard and deliver. Those not up to the challenge won’t last long. (Negative attitudes not welcome)
