If you are a female employee, be prepared to be uncomfortable at workplace some of the male employees will make sure they stare in an inappropriate way and among all this even if you plan to work hard to prove yourself, you will be asked to move out of the company. I have seen lot of employees getting fired and asked to leave the next day. They just give an excuse of budget issue and fire people. Please don't work for this company if you are a female and if you are a hard worker without any skills of practically buttering your managers . Also your work duration is highly monitored by the HR. They just see how many times you have got up from your system and raise their eyebrows. Lastly believe in yourself as there are a lot of companies better than this so believe me and don't consider joining this company

People need to stop back talking about each other and do more work. Appreciate the work which has been done.
