      Pros

      Good Benifits, Depending on position you can earn good pay. Most people in the company are very nice to work with.

      Cons

      The company is growing at a rate that is unsustainable. Was a great company when it was being ran by the founder, but a new investment company took over and the upper management doesn’t care about the employees and has no problem lying to the employees when it suits their needs.

      good starting pay and benefits great employees work alone atmosphere.

      Cons

      changes constantly their protocol and procedure to the point that employees do not know where they stand on a daily basis. promotes people into management but do not provide training of any kind here is your promotion now deal with it.politically driven corporation.
