      Its all about family owned not your family. You will bust your butt everyday not miss work do more than you signed up for. No raises or opportunities to advance. Don't ask to better your self or position. Work be quiet and careful.

      -If you are not a nepo hire you are disposable. -Company vision revolves around the well being of upper management exclusively. -Non existent career growth. -Everything important to you as an individual is expected to be placed 2nd to the company. -Constant fear of termination.
