      Something about providing a product that actually improves someone's life gives a sense of fulfillment plus you get a decent pay to do it.

      Cons

      Most days end in OT.

      Pros

      The owners of the company are good people who actually care about the company values and not just making money. They have a great reputation both with customers and with others around the industry. They tend to hire good quality people, too, so I actually really enjoy the folks I get to work with. Work/life balance is very reasonable. The company seems to be very healthy and continuing to grow.

      Cons

      Compared to some of the big corporate national players in the industry I think they may be a little lower in terms of compensation (though what they pay is still plenty, and probably higher than a bunch of other companies).
