A great working environment & friendly staff. There is always room for growth and management helps set goals and guidelines to follow to achieve you growth goals. They do many different activities to boost company moral, like potluck and different staff games to keep everyone motivated. They give chances on the smaller guys, you don't have to have all the knowledge, but just have a great attitude.

The best thing about Arrow is the people, they are a very knowledgeable, intelligent, passionate, and welcoming group. What really stood out to me, was that every single person that I worked with was very intelligent and good at their job. Every. Single. Person. They have high expectations, but offer great hands on training. The owners of the company really care about all of the staff including the plant guys and installers.
