The best thing about Arrow is the people, they are a very knowledgeable, intelligent, passionate, and welcoming group. What really stood out to me, was that every single person that I worked with was very intelligent and good at their job. Every. Single. Person. They have high expectations, but offer great hands on training. The owners of the company really care about all of the staff including the plant guys and installers.
