I have been here long enough to learn that the owners don't care about their own company

Pros

You get paid weekly, overtime pay, you get vacations, and full benefits.(not for free, but you get them.)

Cons

Give up your Saturday life, You start at 4am They expect you to do everything by yourself, they don't believe in teaching others on how to do your job so when you need a day off, you end up a day behind, and get yelled at when your work is late. (Even for vacation days)

Labor Intense with decent pay but overall a sloppy company

Pros

Decent base pay and 8% of your routes take. You have freedom while on the road and can start very early.

Cons

Plant workers are not the brightest. Getting trained properly is difficult. Management is only worried about revenue not safety of their workers

Good spirit of camaraderie and cooperation amongst peers.

Cons

Management is spread far too thin, and with little to no knowledge of many of the departments they oversee. Recommendations and suggestions for improvement are dismissed and overlooked. Communication between departments is abysmal, and contributes to processes being outdated and clumsy, and much work having to be re-done. Expectations for the output of most non-management employees is unrealistic and completely demoralizing to the staff.
